The organization of the event “Remembrance, History, Justice” was a symbolic way the Supreme Court commerated the 10th of May - National Justice Day. In a meeting arranged with the support of Council of Europe, high-level personalities of law and judiciary, law scholars and former Supreme Court members over the years gave today their contribution in remembrance of the day dedicated to the Albanian justice, after the approval of the first legal act - the "Canon of Jury" 1913.
On this occasion, the Supreme Court launched two publications dedicated to historical remembrance of the justice system and a selection of Supreme Court decisions in the recent years (2016-2021).
Vice-President of the Supreme Court Mr. Sokol Sadushi, Chairperson of the High Judicial Council Mrs. Naureda Llagami, Deputy Head of the Council of Europe Office Mr. Olsi Dekovi, law scholars Mr. Ismet Elezi, Mr. Niazi Jaho, Mrs. Aurela Anastasi and Magistrate Assistant Mrs. Lorena Çabej provided greeting messages at this event.
