Supreme Court of the Republic of Albania, upon the request of its Vice President Mr. Sokol Sadushi, became a member with observer status of the Association of the Councils of State and Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions of the European Union (“ACA-Europe”). The sessions of General Assembly with focus administrative adjudication were held on May 23^th -24^th, which was attended by the Vice President Mr. Sokol Sadushi, on the invitation of President of the Italian Council of State simultaneouly the President of ACA Europe Mr. Franco Frattini.

Mr. Frattini hosted a special meeting with Mr. Sadushi and exchanged views on Albania’s path towards the fast and full integration into the EU, mentioning the criteria of effective and profession judicial system.

Vice-President Sadushi welcomed the General Assembly of ACA Europe and extended his gratitude as Supreme Court of Albania becomes a member to the community of ACA-Europe.
