The judicial decisions for non-acceptance of the recourse and the penal/civil, Joint Colleges decisions that have settled the case on merit are delivered to the Judicial Secretariat, where they are numbered and passed to the secretaries to handle it down. The Director of the sector takes measures that within three months, from the date when the judicial decision has been handled down, it is made available to the Justices that have been part of the adjudicated College, for signature.
Once a week this sector announces, in the designated place, the lists with the appropriate information when the Colleges have decided not to accept the recourse. Delivers copies of the judicial decisions to any interested person and in any decision applies the stamp’s tax.
