Registers and keeps the official correspondence, as well as the letters from the citizens that are addressed or dispatched from the Supreme Court. Keeps the registers where are affixed: the number and date of the entered document, the registered date, the object, the subject that have delivered it and the competent person that it has been notified. In addition, it affixes the documents that are dispatched from this Court.
Conserves with high security and responsibility the Supreme Court’s seal.
