Prepares the job description in accordance with the
determination made in the staff organization and update its
through the opening of a staff’s register. Completes and
administers the administrative staffs’ files, and fill in the
employees’ working-book.
Prepares and elaborates the recruiting standards through the
establishment of terms of reference for each job-position in
accordance with its sector. Elaborates and determines, in
accordance with the legal framework, the job-performance
evaluation criteria for each job-position provided in the
structure, and attends the evaluation procedure.
Provides, in accordance with the legal framework, for the
job-vacancies in the institution, and for the appointment and
dismissal procedures. Prepares the orders of appointment and
dismissal of each employee and presents them to the Chancellor.
Verifies and makes notice to the Chancellor for the
compatibility with the law and decrees that regulate the
employees’ job relations with the institution. Elaborates and
supervises a monitoring plan for the daily activity of sectors
within the Supreme Court, in particular of its employees.
Verifies the work discipline for each employee and coordinates
the work with the Financial Sector for the daily presence of the
former. In cases of discipline violation, it recommends the
Chancellor the disciplinary measure. It schedules the annual
vacations for the employees.
Coordinates the work with all the other sectors and the
Administrative Public Department for the employees’ job
promotion.
