The Supreme Court Judge has one up to two legal assistants, and an auxiliary person. The legal assistants are chosen by the Justice of the Supreme Court among lawyers that meet the legal requirements to be appointed/nominated judges of the district or appeal courts. They are appointed by the Chief Justice.
The legal assistants shall study the appeals, the judicial files, prepare the reports related to the cases at issue by giving their opinion, respond to the complains, prepare the necessary materials as well as any other tasks assigned by the Supreme Court judge......
