Organizes meetings with the public, explains to the interest party, and when it is the case notifies the sector or the competent official employee within the Supreme Court for the settlement of the case. Studies the letters addressed to the Supreme Court from different subject. Responds, in writing, to the requests, complaints and declarations made by the citizens. Studies the newspapers and highlights those problems that relate in general to the justices, judicial activity, and with the Supreme Court’s activity in particular. Makes the official communication or presses release in the public information means, assists in the press-conference organized by the Chief Justice, and based on the Chief Justices’ recommendations makes press-conferences for particular problems relating with the Supreme Court’s activity and its Chief Justice.
