Prepares for publication in the Bulletin, that is distributed to the district and appeals courts, prosecutors at all instances, Law Faculty, Magistrates’ School, and lawyers (against payment) the Supreme Court’s judgments. Research and study the civil and penal decisions, and identifies the problems relating with the implantation of the law for specific cases. Identifies the issues that need to be unified and proposes them to the Chief Justices .
Prepares cooperation programs with analogue and international institutions. Takes the appropriates measures for the organization of official traveling of the Chief Justice and the other members of the Supreme Court.
Reception of foreign judicial representatives, and experts.
