The Chief Justice administers the entire activity of the institution, approves the internal regulation, issues administrative orders and directives, and requires periodical reports from the employees in relation to their duties’ performance, presides the Joint Colleges, divides the Justices in the respective Colleges, appoints and dismisses the legal assistants and the auxiliary staff,  submits the requests for the annual budget of the Supreme Court  and supervises its implementation, approves the structure, human resources and the internal rules of the Supreme Court.....
