SPIRO SPIRO, Justice of the Supreme Court, was born in Delvina, on October 8, 1944. He is married and has two children. He received a Law Degree from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law in 1966. He severed as a Deputy-Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Gjirokastra and Shkodra from 1996-1969. From 1969-1975 was full time Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. From 1975-1991 was an investigator at the Investigator’s Office of Durres and Chairman of the Investigator’s Office of Vlora. He was appointed Justice at the Supreme Court from 1991-1992, and from 1992-2001 was a Legal Adviser of six trade companies. From 1997 he is a part-time Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. From 1986-1990 was manger of the training course for investigators, young students who were graduated in other Faculties of the Universities of Albania except from the Faculty of Law. He is currently an external professor at the private universities “LUARASI” and the “EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY”.
The President of the Republic, by the Decree no. 3109, dated October 2 2001, nominated him member of the Supreme Court of Albania.
