GUXIM ZENELAJ, Justice of the Supreme Court, was born in Bajram Curri, on July 1, 1960. He is married and has two children. He received a Law Degree from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law in 1990. Justice Zenelaj was appointed Judge at the Distinct Court from 1991 till 1993. From 1993 till 1994 he has been Chief Judge at the District Court of Tropoja. Justice Zenelaj worked as Legal Assistant at the Supreme Court from March 1994 till April 2007, and from April 2007 till January 2008 he has been The Advocate General of the State. Justice Zenelaj has been a member of the High Council of Justice from January 2008 till July 2008.
The President of the Republic, by the Decree no. 5794, dated July 08 2008, nominated him member of the Supreme Court of Albania
