FATOS LULO, Justice of the Supreme Court, was born in Tirana, on September 2, 1961. Married with two children. Lawyer with diploma from the Faculty of Law, Tirana. Has been Head of Emigration Office in the Committee of Work and Social Protection, of the Council of Ministers. Later became lawyer  of the Ministry of Work, Social Protection and Emigration from 1989 to 1992. Lawyer of the Committee of Environmental Protection from 1992 to 1994. Attorney of Law of the Attorney's Office "SCFL Office of Legal Protection" from 1994 to 1999. During the Kosovo war, from 1999 to 2002, has worked in the Central Office of Emigration of Canada and Malton Neighborhood Services with legal assistance for the newcomers in Canada. He has been member of many associations like the Association for Environmental Protection and National Association of Geographers. From 2002 to 2006 worked again as attorney at Law of the Attorney's Office  "SCFL Office of Legal Protection". He has been appointed from the Albanian Parliament, as member of the National Council of Radio and Television. 
In December 15, 2005 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Albania no. 4730, he is appointed member of the  Supreme Court of Albania.
