EVJENI SINOIMERI, Justice of the Supreme Court was born in Gjirokaster, on June 25, 1963. She is married and has two children. She received a Law Degree from The University of Tirana, Faculty of Law in 1985. She served as a Prosecutor at the District of Gjirokastrer Prosecutor’s Office from 1985-1990, and from 1990-1994 was appointed as a Judge at the Court of Appeal of Gjirokastrer. From 1994-1996 was a Judge at the District Court of Gjirokastrer. During 1996 till 2001 she was a Public Notary at the Notary Chamber of Gjirokastrer. She holds a post-graduated specialization in public prosecutors functioning in Tirana, and a judicial specialization in Greece.
The President of the Republic, by the Decree no.2987, dated May 2 2001, nominated her member of the Supreme Court of Albania.
